These fees will be negotiated and determined by project
Partner Requirements
Partner must provide CCRTA with any and all information it reasonably needs to perform its services as requested by CCRTA and within the time frame set by CCRTA. (Partner is aware that failure to do so will relieve CCRTA of and from the responsibility to perform this related service or services.) Partner further understands that CCRTA is not responsible for interruptions in service/errors beyond its control (i.e. Web site down time, equipment failures, etc.). In connection with the foregoing, Partner hereby releases, holds harmless and indemnifies the CCRTA and its employees, agents, successors and assigns of, from and for any and all liability for errors in the services provided by CCRTA when those errors are in any way related to the inaccuracy, lateness or lack of information Partner was to so provide.
General
This document is intended to comply with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the extent permitted with applicable Pennsylvania law. If any part of this document is determined to be unenforceable, all remaining parts shall be given full force and effect. This document shall extend to and bind the successors and assigns of the partner hereto. Term
