Family owned and operated business established in 2013. We are located in the midst of Elk Country just minutes from the beautiful Elk Visitors Center. Our building is the former St. Cecilia's Catholic Church which was the oldest Catholic church in Bennett's Valley. The church was dedicated on November 23, 1897 by Bishop Mullen. It was erected mostly from donated labor. In 1963 all Catholic church services were united in Force. On Sunday, March 21, 1965 the church was closed. We offer free WIFI to our patrons as well as beautiful outdoor seating and a fire on cool nights. Elk do frequent our lovely yard as well. You might just get lucky and see one or two!

The cabin is nestled in a small peaceful community of vacation cabins located in a mature growth forest along the scenic West Branch of the Susquehanna river. You must cross a circa 1873 covered bridge to get to the cabin. The cabin is just 20-30 feet from the river which affords many recreational activities such as tubing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, or just sitting in a folding chair in the river enjoying the babbling water. There is a screened in porch riverside with a covered deck porch cabin side. Gas grill, fire pit, picnic table, lawn chairs are all available for your use. The cabin inside includes four rooms (about 1000 sq ft), namely a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, large front room with satellite TV,DVD, and fireplace, and large bedroom which sleeps up to 6 comfortably. The cabin is accented with rustic barn wood, has hardwood floors, and has been modernized for your enjoyment. Although the cabin has a modern feel you will be away from the rat race as cell phone coverage is limited and internet not available. There is however a land line phone so you are not totally isolated from civilization.
