Join us for a night of Penn State Legends with the Happy Valley Cruise 4:00pm followed by Zero Tolerance at 7:00pm leading up to the Fireworks at 10:00pm.
Early festivities include the Wilderness City 5K at the Cold Stream Dam (across the street) and the Philipsburg Cruise-in happening downtown on Front St.
